THE MESH : Microsoft's solution for Out-of-Sync devices.

THE MESH : Microsoft's solution for people who are tired of keeping multiple gadgets in sync.





Microsoft has launched the Technology Preview of what they call "THE MESH".


The name certainly got me thinking, and the screenshots are even cooler than I had originally thought. Afterall, we are talking Microsoft, the look and feel has got to be good. ;-)

I have not been able to use the Demo yet as this is a limited demo, and I am still in the waiting list, but can't wait to get my hands on this. Just reading on, it seems a perfect solution for people like me, who really hate to keep a track of what-is-where, I could have a photo on my cellphone, a song on my PDA, and a particular document on my Laptop, and Using MESH, I don't need to worry about what is where, as it is a centralized service, to which all the devices connect to, and perform a Sync operation.

Lookout for the next post after I have gotten my hand dirty with this new toy, which I really don't know when!!!
